Context
Uber One is a membership program designed to provide users with the opportunity to save and enjoy benefits in both mobility and delivery services. Among its advantages are unlimited free delivery on all orders with Uber Eats, preferential access to top-rated drivers, discounts on Uber Rides, a guarantee of refunds in case of order delays, exclusive offers for members, among others. 

Challenge
The central challenge Uber currently resides in the lack of awareness among its users about the existence and benefits of Uber One membership. This hinders many from benefiting form its advantages and limits membership growth. The key task is to find an effective way to communicate the existence of Uber One and its benefits while creating a sense of urgency and desire to join this exclusive membership.

Solution
The idea originates from the claim ‘The only membership that gives you an extra’. Based on this premise, we aim to provide users of Uber with a tangible experience  of that extra. So the concept The only billboard that gives you an extra is born. It consists of a billboard equipped with proximity sensors that will instantly activate the exclusive membership benefits in the Uber and Uber Eats apply when users are within the radius marked on the billboard

To enhance the distinctive attributes of the campaign, we crafted Out-of-Home (OOH) ads featuring key campaign messages. These advertisements are strategically placed in specific city locations, maximizing their impact and reach.
